How can I invest with www.tradersgroupinternational.com ?
Once you are signed up, you can make your first deposit. All deposits must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you signed up with, and was confirmed and received by email. In the Member area please click on MAKE DEPOSIT, and follow the instructions. Since we process deposits and withdrawals manualy (security reasons), please do not close our site during the fund transfer process. All links in form of mini icons of processors we use, will open in a new window, and after you process the payment, you need to come back to the site and enter the required information.
I wish to invest in your Program but I don’t have any E-currency accounts. What should I do?
We have posted all payment processors we use on our home page, just below the member login area. You may choose any of them. All are free accounts, and all have a description how to fund your account. Some payment Processors have to be used by sending funds through an exchanger, and others can be funded directly. Please check them out, and sign up with the one, who fits you the best.
How can I withdraw funds?
Login to your account using your username and password and click on Withdraw in the member menu. Enter the amount and write your e-currency account number in the appropriate section. Click on Save at the bottom of the web page, and confirm on the next one. Once we receive your withdrawal request, it will take 12 to 24 hours until funds are transferred to your e-currency account.
Do you have limits on the withdrawal amounts?
We don’t have any limits on withdrawals. Larger amounts may take longer to be processed, but we will always inform you about it per e-mail.
How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
Once we receive your deposit request, it may take 12 – 24 hours until credited to your account.
How can I change my e-mail address or password?
You can change your password as often as you like. Please login to your account, and click on Edit Account in your member area menu. There you can change your password. You are not able to change your email address. If you need to change it, please sent us an support email and after we check, that you are the right person, we will change your email address for you. This is a security issue.
What if I can’t log into my account because I forgot my password?
Please click on forgot password link located here or in the member login section on our home page. Type your username, or e-mail address, and you’ll receive your account information in your email. If the new password doesn’t work, please contact us per email and we will help you.
What if I still can’t login to my account, may there be any other Problem?
It is very important, if you use Internet Explorer, to clean cookies and temporary files in your computer, and/or clean also the cache. The password is also case-sensitive, so please be very careful. You also may use Mozzila Firefox as browser.
Is the daily or the matured profit paid directly to my e-currency account?
No, profits are gathered in your account and you have to request a withdrawal. Compounded earnings are credited to your account balance at the end of the program. It is necessary that you check your account at least once per week, and inform us, if your program has ended. Since we process all credits, deposits and withdrawals manualy, it is necessary that you check your account, and let us know that your program ended, otherwise it may take some time until we get to check it.
How do you calculate the interest on my account?
Each Investment Plan is different, and we have added a description to each Plan. Please click on the Title of each plan, for a closer explanation.
Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?
Yes! To make a deposit from your account balance, simply login into your members account and click on Make Deposit. Chose your plan, enter the amount and select the Deposit from Account Balance Radio button, and follow the rest of the instructions.
Can I make additional deposits to my account once it has been opened?
Yes, you can, but all transactions are handled separately. You cannot add funds to any ongoing program.
Can I lose money?
There is a risk involved with investing in all high yield investment programs. However, there are a few simple ways that can help you to reduce the risk of losing more than you can afford to. First, align your investments with your financial goals, in other words, keep the money you may need for the short-term out of more aggressive investments, reserving those investment funds for the money you intend to raise over the long-term. It’s very important for you to know that we are real traders and that we invest members’ funds on major investments.

You can access the account information 24 hours, seven days a week over the Internet. Just login to your account.
May I open several accounts in your program?
No. If we find that one member has more that one account, the entire funds will be frozen, and all accounts suspended.
