How can I check my account balance?

Just log in to your member account and check your account summary. You can keep track of all your transactions checking Transaction History links in your member interface.
How can I withdraw funds?

Log in to your member account and press Withdraw link. Follow the procedures specified on the screen to request a withdrawal.
After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?

Withrawals are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after withdrawal request is made. We don’t pay on weekends and holydays.
Can I withdraw my principal?

Yes, you can. Your principal will be returned to your account balance after completion of each investment period (30 calendar days). You can withdraw it or put it to work again at your discretion.
How secure is my principal? Can I lose my funds?

We manage your funds to the best of our abilities, and take all precautions to secure our client’s capital. However, there is a risk involved with investing in all high yield investment programs. Therefore, you are expected to invest responsibly and within your limits.

Unless otherwise stated, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
“the Company” means ENVIRO Ventures Inc.;
“the Investor” means the person who have registered an account with ENVIRO Ventures Inc.;
“Investor’s account” means account opened by a person with ENVIRO Ventures Inc.;
“the Deposit” means a private loan given by Investor to the Company.
Legal Issues
Terms and Conditions as set forth herein shall govern the relationship between the Investor and the Company and is effective immediately after Investor have made a deposit with the Company and shall be valid till the deposit term expire.
The Investor must be legal age in his country of residence to be able to create an account with the Company, and in all the cases the Investor’s minimal age must be 18 years.
The investment scheme and the participation in it may be restricted or limited in different jurisdictions. It is understood that it is the responsibility of the Investor to get aware of and to comply with all the legal provisions and regulations in force in his country of residence with respect to the investment practices and procedures, exchange controls, taxes and related matters.
The Company does not offer advices on the suitability of the Company’s services for the Investor’s individual needs, nor does the Company provide for any judgment on the Investor’s behalf, relating to government or tax regulations in particular. It is the responsibility of the Investor to take independent assessment as to the suitability of said investment scheme for the Investor’s particular circumstances. No information on the Company’s web site is to be considered as solicitation or an offer to participate in investment schemes the Company provides.
Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between the Company and the Investor. As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof.
Deposits
Deposits are accepted and paid through Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money payment systems. The Company may consider accepting funds via other payment methods and/or e- currencies when appropriate.
Minimum deposit amount is $10.00 and $5,000 is the maximum deposit amount the Investor can allocate with the Company during one day. There is no limit as per the number of deposits the Investor can make as long as maximum daily limit is not exceeded.
Deposits shall begin to earn interest next day after the investment is placed.
The Investor is provided with a fixed daily interest at the rate that depends on the amount of deposit. Interest is credited to the Investor’s account balance daily Monday to Sunday .
The interest can be compounded on a daily basis, partially or wholly. The Investor can choose the desired compounding rate directly from the Investor’s account area. Compounding can be activated and cancelled at any time.
The principal amount of deposit is locked in during the whole investment period and can only be withdrawn after the term completion. It is credited to your account balance after 30 calendar days from the date the deposit was made, and is available for disposal anytime thereafter.
The funds available at the Investor’s account balance bear no interest and available for withdrawal or can be deposited again at the Investor’s discretion.
WITHDRAWALS
All withdrawals are paid directly to the Investor’s e-currency account within 24 hours after withdrawal request has been submitted. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday; there are no payments on weekends and public holidays.
All interest payments and capital withdrawals shall be paid tax- free at source. The Investor understands and agrees that it is his sole responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations regarding the establishment of an account or any interest and withdrawal paid thereon in the Investor’s jurisdiction.
Referral Incentives
The Company shall pay the Investor 5% referral commission for every investment made by the person he referred. Referral commission is paid directly into the Investor’s account balance. All additional investments made by the Investor’s referred person will generate further 5% commission on condition that they come from e-currency accounts and not from account balance with the Company.
Disputes
In case the Investor finds any discrepancies with the current account balance information concerning transactions on his account, he must inform the Company immediately. The Investor should send a claim to the Company enclosing the copies of the necessary documents in the event of a non-authorized transactions, failed transactions or a problem concerning the settlement of a transaction.
The Company will examine the claim within five days after its receipt, and will inform the Investor about its judgment.
Failure to inform the Company about the questionable transaction beyond the deposit expiry term will constitute an absolute acceptance and approval of the action or omission by the Client.
The Company reserves the right not to act on instructions provided by the Investor regarding funds movement and changes in personal profile if the Company is not satisfied as to their authenticity. The Company reserves the right to contact the Investor regarding withdrawal requests or other transactions in order to perform security checks. The Company will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of any delay or any loss arising as a result of being unable to contact the Client to complete the security checks.
Privacy
The Company collects, retains and uses information about the Investor only for technical and administrative purposes. All collected data shall be kept private and shall not be exposed to any third parties without the permission of the Investor unless a legal court order is presented.
The Investor agrees to keep all information about his relations with the Company including transaction details, private correspondence, newsletters private and not to expose it on public.
Anti-Spam
The Company strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind. Use of spam will not be tolerated and the Company will terminate an account of any Investor who is caught at sending unsolicited messages that harm the Company reputation.
Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from delay in the transmission of the funds due to causes beyond its control. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result of military force, political intervention, the prescriptions of domestic or foreign authorities or events occurring as a result of catastrophe or Act of God.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from failure of the Investor to hold his PC systems free from malicious software used by third parties to get unauthorized access to Investor’s account. It is Investor’s sole responsibility to check his PC for trojans , key loggers and other malware.
The Investor agrees to hold the Company harmless of any liability regarding possible loss of Investor’s funds during investment process. The Investor understands that he is investing at his own risk and that past Company performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future results.
Change of terms
The Company shall have the right at any time to amend the terms herein. Such amendments shall be forwarded to the Investor through email and in the absence of any written objections shall be deemed to have been accepted after a period of one week has elapsed.
