The company was established in 2005 as an independent, employee-owned investment management firm. Since the firm’s inception, Atlantis has been managing fixed income portfolios for individual clients. Since year 2007 Atlantis team has been providing professional and efficient financial service to institutional clients as well. The senior professionals share in the ownership of the firm.
Nowadays, Atlantis MIA manages approximately $7.3 million (as of September, 30 – 2008) in fixed income assets for a diverse group of institutional and individual clients. We manage short, medium and long-term fixed income accounts. Our clients come from over 35 countries from all over the world. The Alliance’s principal activity is managing portfolio securities, such as shares, bonds, foreign and domestic mutual funds participations – innovative strategies allow us to select the “best ideas” for use in fixed income portfolios. Risk Management & Investment philosophy
Atantis MIA investment philosophy is to deliver long term growth while managing risk. Every investment is bound up with risk. But risk should not be defined simply as losing money. Thus someone who can hold an asset for several months or even years can safely eliminate most risks posed by market volatility. It is therefore important to ensure that long-term investing is utilized to minimize risks related to volatility. In other words, the shorter term of investment is, the more it can be affected by market volatility. Atlantis MIA provides short, medium and long term investment programs, so you can choose the one that fits your requirements best. We believe that online investing can also help you minimize management fees and transaction costs, and therefore make the outcome greater than that of commercial banks. This is the reason for opening an online-investing service as an addition to a traditional offline investment infrastructure, developed by Atlantis MIA.

Atlantis Affiliate Program
Atlantis Affiliate Program is the best way to maximize your profit. Our 5 level matrix program allows you to earn up to 12 percent of each deposit made by a client, referred by you. Each Atlantis MIA client (atlantismutual.com account holder) may participate in affiliate program. There are two ways to refer a new client and earn referral commissions: 1. register a new client account via your unique affiliate link (i.e. http://atlantismutual.com/?r=ID8166 where 00001 is your Atlantis account ID) 2. put your account IDentification number in the sponsor field during new Atlantis account registration (if an account is being registered via referral link, sponsor field will be filled in automatically) As long as one of this indispensable conditions if fullfilled, the new account will be treated as your affiliated account and you’ll receive a notification. Note, self-referring is prohibited – abusers’ accounts will be suspended.
Affiliate level rates:

5% (e.g. $50 of a $1,000 depopsit) Standard affiliate rate, you are guaranteed to earn 5% of each new deposit of your 1st level affiliates. Number of downline levels: 3 Commission rates (Atlantis Basic): 1st level: 5% Commissions for reinvestments are not credited. Level requirements: None.

6% (e.g. $60 of a $1,000 depopsit) You’ll get this rate applied to your account if you earn at least $500 of affiliate commissions. Number of downline levels: 3 Commission rates (Atlantis Basic): 1st level: 6% Second level: 2.5% 3rd level: 1%. Commissions for reinvestments are credited for 1st level only. Level requirements: $500 of total affiliate commissions.

7-12% (e.g. $70-120 of a $1,000 depopsit) Atlantis Authorized Partner (AAP) rate. Please read more about AAP program below. Number of downline levels: 5 Commission rates (Atlantis Basic) : 1st level: 7% Second level: 3% 3rd level: 1.25% 4th level: 0.5% 5th level: 0.2%. Commissions for reinvestments are credited. Level requirements: apply for Atlantis Authorized Partner and get approved.

Commission payout formula
Please note, affiliate commission payout rate depends on investment plan, chosen by your affiliate. Payout formula = commission rate multiplied by investment plan ratio. Basically, the longer the term of investment, the higher the investment plan ratio is. Current investment plan ratios: Atlantis Initial: Ratio= 0.9; Atlantis Triweekly: Ratio=0.95; Atlantis Basic: Ratio=1; Atlantis Gold: Ratio=1.2; Atlantis Platinum: Ratio=1.4 Formula use examples: 1. Aff. level: Standard; Inv. amount: $1000; Inv. program: Atlantis Initial. Payout = (5% of 1000) x 0.9 = $45 2. Aff. level: Standard; Inv. amount: $1000; Inv. program: Atlantis Gold. Payout = (5% of 1000) x 1.2 = $60

Atlantis Authorized Partner [AAP Program]
Atlantis Authorized Partner is a company or an individual, approved by Atlantis management to represent company in specific country or region. If you wish to become an AAP in your country, please contact us for further information. AAP status advantages – 7-12% affiliate rate, depending on amount of your affiliates and earned commissions – commissions credited for both new investments and reinvestments – access to Xtras, such as targeted promotion on Atlantis MIA website AAP requirements Client support: as an AAP you are obliged to support your region’s Atlantis MIA clients in your native language Minimum deposit: you need to have at least $300 invested to apply for an AAP status. This requirement has been implemented to filter out those who are not serious about this job.
